Exciting News: Our Founder Joins the Business AI Alliance as Education Lead!

We’re thrilled to announce that our founder, Naomh McElhatton, has joined the management committee of the Business AI Alliance (BAIA) and will take on the pivotal role of Education Lead. This marks an exciting milestone for both organisations and a proud moment for the Business of AI Club community.

The Business AI Alliance is a not-for-profit membership organisation dedicated to empowering SMEs to harness the power of artificial intelligence responsibly and effectively. By connecting business leaders, innovators, and educators, the Alliance champions collaboration, knowledge sharing, and evidence-based AI adoption across the UK business landscape.

As the Education Lead, Naomh will spearhead initiatives to help businesses move beyond the hype and truly integrate AI into their daily operations. Drawing on her extensive experience in digital transformation, innovation strategy, and AI education, she will develop practical learning programmes and resources tailored specifically for SME leaders and their teams.

“Education is the foundation for responsible and effective AI adoption. My goal is to ensure every business leader, regardless of technical background feels confident and empowered to build, adopt, and lead with AI,” says Naomh.

Under Naomh’s guidance, the Business AI Alliance’s education stream will focus on three key pillars:
